and Policies.

Warranty, privacy and general terms of use for Velds products.

Warranty policy

Velds products sold in the United States are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, valid against manufacturing defects under normal use.

  • Keep your original proof of purchase — it is required to activate the warranty.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, natural wear or exposure to conditions outside the product’s operating range.
  • To request warranty service, contact us at support@velds.us with the product model, serial number and a short description of the issue.
  • For products purchased on Amazon, follow Amazon’s return policy within the first 30 days; after that, contact us directly.

  • Support data: messages, screenshots and logs you choose to share when contacting support.
  • Website analytics: aggregated, anonymous usage data (e.g. Google Analytics) to improve this site.

We do not sell your personal data. To request access, correction or deletion of your data, contact privacy@velds.us.
